TJ and his team were amazing. Prompt, very professional, hard working, and didn't mind coming after hours to finish the mold remediation in our bathroom. ... We called quite a few other companies but chose FDP because not only were they competitively priced, but they also didn't bother asking us questions about our insurance deductible right away like so many others did who were probably just trying to inflate the service price based on that. TJ was very honest, friendly, and did very thorough work. I highly recommend them to anyone facing a crisis with mold growth in their home!

Our tech TJ was on time and a very professional guys. He located the source of the mold right away, which was caused by a water leak in the upstairs bathroom. ... After the inspection, he explained everything that needs to be done and why. The work was started the same day and our home was mold free just three days later! Very prompt company with amazing workers!

In the process of moving some things to our attic, I found mold growing there. We called up FDP and they were able to send TJ out the very next day for ... the initial estimate and quote. TJ was very knowledgeable about mold and just a very friendly person overall. We liked what we saw so far and hired FDP to remove the attic mold. TJ came back later in the week to start on the remediation, and did a fantastic job maneuvering around the tight attic with no stable flooring. Once he was done and I examined the work, I was very impressed with what meticulous detail everything was done. I would definitely recommend this company to others and would hire in future if ever needed.

TJ was very professional and friendly. He arrived exactly as scheduled to inspect our mold issue. He was very knowledgeable and spent more time on areas ... that we had concerns about and was able to clearly answer all our questions. Because we were impressed by all this, we hired them for actual mold removal. TJ came back later in the week, he began by isolating the affected area with plastic sheeting to prevent the spread of mold and then worked hard to remove all traces of mold. Once he was done with physically removing the mold, he left some machines that continued to filter the air and remove the airborne mold. After 3 days, everything was done and our home was finally free of mold! The service cost was very reasonable when you consider the amount of work that was done and I'm very happy with everything!

After finding mold in our house, I called FDP Mold Remediation. Within hours, TJ arrived for the inspection, explaining the process and creating a mold ... treatment plan. He used tools like a moisture meter and infrared camera to assess the extent of the problem, and I received the plan the next day. A few days later, the team returned to treat the mold, removing drywall, fogging vents, bathroom, and bedroom with antimicrobial, using dehumidifiers, and completing other necessary steps while cleaning up afterward. They kept me informed the entire time, which made me feel at ease. The crew was professional and thorough, and the initial inspection fee was deducted from the final cost, which I found fair. I highly recommend FDP for mold treatment and have already referred them to a friend...

Their tech TJ was compassionate, quick, and very capable. He came to inspect on a Sunday , pointed out problems previous inspectors had missed , gavea ... very reasonable quote on the spot , and was able to schedule our work for following day. On both days, the company called in advance to let us know they were on their way . And the work that was done was very thorough and high quality. I can highly recommend these guys for any mold removal work .

TJ and FDP Mold Remediation of North Miami did a great job handling the mold growth we found in our bathroom. They had an appointment for me shortly after ... I called and TJ was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable in handling the problem . He went out of his way to tell us what all could be done to salvage any furniture in the area and they had everything cleaned and resolved in under a week . While I'm certain this will be the end of our mold problems, I know who I'll call if we ever need mold removal services again!
